Nice room structure, excellent gym and large pool, great pool area for families with kids, prompt fix for cold shower, great location with excellent water views.

We had a fantastic time here! The location right by the beach was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the car hire made it easy for us to explore the area. The 24-hour room service was also a great convenience. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center where we could relax and unwind. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for soaking up the sun. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the hotel's infrastructure was excellent. The small premium cafe and supermarket inside the hotel hub were convenient. The security personnel were helpful and reassuring. The location, right across the street from the beach, was fantastic. The staff, especially Henrique, the concierge, were fabulous and were pretty good too assist us. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included in the room cost. The pool area was great for relaxing.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, away from the busy touristy area and nestled in the charming Barra neighborhood. It is conveniently situated in front of a perfect beach and next to the Convention center. there are many shopping centers in the area, providing ample opportunities for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and breathtaking views of the beach.

The check-in process seems to be disorganized and time-consuming, causing delays for guests.

During our Christmas stay, we were actually surprised by the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They were attentive to our needs and even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, although a bit expensive. We also enjoyed the pool and leisure area with a great way to relax and have fun.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. The furniture in the hotel was quite old and in need of repairs.

The hotel is conveniently located in the modern Barra area, making it easy to access by public transport or a quick taxi ride. Guests can enjoy dining options in the on-site restaurant. However, it is worth noting that there is a long walk to the nearest metro station.

The cleanliness of the rooms is subpar. Some guests have reported dirty rooms and even instances of theft by the housekeeping staff.

Right across the beautiful beach of Barra da Tijuca, on the beach close by, away from the busy touristy area that is copacabana. Cleanliness is great, hotel facilities are fantastic, and the staff is helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the concierge service was helpful in providing information about local attractions and transportation options. The business center was also convenient for any work-related needs.

The room was damp and had a strong musty smell. The bathroom had mold, not up to standards.

We loved the location of this place as it was right by the beach. The service here was exceptional, staff were always available for any assistance we needed. Room service was great, and the pool was amazing. We especially appreciated the free wifi during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
